Public comment may be made on each agenda item. Persons attending the meeting who wish to address the California Postsecondary Education Commission on a subject to be considered at this meeting are asked to complete a Request Form and provide it to the secretary of the Commission prior to the scheduled agenda item. Persons who are unable to attend the meeting may submit their comments to Public_Comment@cpec.ca.gov.

Legislative Update, May 2006

Commission staff will update Commissioners on recent legislative developments. Since the March 28-29 Commission meeting, both the Assembly and the Senate have been holding hearings that have resulted in a number of amendments to legislation. Staff will summarize these changes and update their recommendations.
