Joseph P. Bishop
Joseph P. Bishop is no longer a member of the Commission. The biography supplied below dates from his or her Commission membership.

Joseph P. Bishop was appointed to the California Postsecondary Education Commission by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger on November 11, 2005 as the student representative to the University of California. His term expired on November 11, 2007 but continued to serve until December 10, 2008.
Mr. Bishop is a doctoral student in education at the University of California Santa Barbara where he works as a research assistant for the Office of Academic Preparation and Equal Opportunity.
