Bruce D. Varner was reappointed on July 1, 2008, as the representative to the Commission by the Regents of the University of California and serves at the pleasure of the Board of Regents. He was first appointed to the Commission on March 15, 2007. His term expires on June 30, 2009.
Mr. Varner is a partner with Varner & Brandt LLP. His practice is in the areas of general business, corporate and transactional law.
