Improving Teacher Quality 2009 Request for Proposals
Initiative #2: Teacher-Based Reform (T-BAR)
This initiative is intended to provide funding for up to four master grantee institutions of higher education (IHEs) that will be responsible for managing the Teacher-Based Academic Reform (T-BAR) pilot program. Teacher-Based Reform (T-BAR) Request for Proposals Announcement: Change to T-BAR Funding T-BAR proposers may take the indirect costs on top of the award amount of $500K. This means that $500K is available for direct costs ($360K for subawards and $140K for master grantee costs). The maximum amount funded will be $540K (with $40K allocated to indirect costs).
