This an "open" competition in terms of grade levels, delivery methods and subject areas.
Though proposers must still adhere to the partnership and other federal requirements.
RFP - 2010 K-12 Teacher Professional Development Initiative
If you are interested in submitting a proposal under the open initiative, you must submit a
Notice of Intent
to be received at the Commission’s offices no later than 5 p.m. on Tuesday, March 2, 2010.
It is highly recommended that proposers listen to audio footage from our
Technical Assistance Workshops.

Rubric for Evaluating Proposals -
The rubric is designed as a tool to organize the reviewers' thoughts about each proposal
and to guide discussion in their panel sessions. At the end of the competition panel
comments will be provided to proposers on their proposals upon written request.
Scoring information will not be provided.
