Description: A code to represent the ethnicity of students and faculty. Also see the definition of the full Ethnic Code.
Coding:   1 = Asian/Pac Is
  2 = Black
  3 = Filipino
  4 = Latino
  5 = Nat Amer
  6 = Other
  7 = White
  8 = NonRes Alien
  9 = No Response
