Description: A code to represent the type of disability.
Coding:   * = Unknown/Unspecified
  A = Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (AD/HD)
  B = Acquired Brain Injury
  D = Developmentally Delayed Learner
  H = Hearing Impaired
  L = Learning Disabled
  M = Mobility Impaired
  O = Other Physical Impairment
  P = Psychological Impairment
  S = Speech/Language Impaired
  T = Temporary Disability
  U = Autism Spectrum Disorder
  V = Visually Impaired
  W = Multiple Disabilities
  X = No Known Disability
