Academic_Year Character (ASCII) 4 4 No The academic year of the data. It can be a single year or refer to the beginning or end of a two-year description.
Institution_Code Character (ASCII) 6 6 No Code identifying a postsecondary institution assigned by the Commission.
Disability_Code Character (ASCII) 1 1 No Code identifying the type disability a student has.
Degree_Type Character (ASCII) 2 2 No Code identifying the type of degree.
Discipline_Code Character (ASCII) 6 6 No Code identifying the detailed Classification of Instructional Program (CIP). The same as the CIP Code without the period.
Ethnicode Character (ASCII) 2 2 No Code identifying the ethnicity of a student.
Gendercode Character (ASCII) 1 1 No Code identifying the gender of the student.
Student_Count Integer 10 4 Yes The number of students.
