Column Data Type Storage Length NULL Allowed Description
Age_Category Character (ASCII) 1 1 No Code identifying the age category of a student.
Age_Category_Title Character (ASCII) 15 15 No The age category of a student. It is a range of years spanning as few as 2 years or an open-ended range such as 65 and over.
Minimum_Age Integer 5 2 Yes The minimum age of an age group.
Maximum_Age Integer 5 2 Yes The maximum age of an age group.

Disability_Code Character (ASCII) 1 1 Yes Code identifying the type disability a student has.
Disability_Group Character (ASCII) 1 1 Yes Code identifying the grouping of a disability. (e.g. Physical Disability)
Disability_Sequence Character (ASCII) 2 2 Yes Sort order to keep disability groups together.
Disability_Title Character (ASCII) 50 50 Yes The type disability a student has.
CSU_Disability_Code Character (ASCII) 1 1 Yes Code used by the California State University system to identify a disability.
CSU_Disability_Title Character (ASCII) 50 50 Yes The title of the disability used by the California State University system.

Combined_Ethnic Character (ASCII) 1 1 Yes Code identifying the collapsed ethnicity of a student.
UC_Ethnicode Character (ASCII) 1 1 Yes Code used by the University of California system to identify an ethnicity.
CSU_Ethnicode Character (ASCII) 1 1 Yes Code used by the California State University system to identify an ethnicity.
CCC_Ethnicode Character (ASCII) 2 2 Yes Code used by the California Community College system to identify an ethnicity.
IPEDS_Ethnicode Character (ASCII) 1 1 Yes Code used by the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) to identify an ethnicity.

Combined_Title Character (ASCII) 25 25 Yes The collapsed ethnicity title (e.g. Combines Japanese, Chinese, etc. to Asian/Pacific Islander)
CBEDS_Ethnicode Character (ASCII) 1 1 Yes Code used by the California Basic Educational Data System (CBEDS) to identify ethnicity.
CDE_Alpha Character (ASCII) 1 1 Yes Code used by the California Department of Education to identify an ethnicity.
SAT_ACT_Ethnicode Character (ASCII) 2 2 Yes Code used by the College Board and ACT to identify an ethnicity.
SAT_ACT_Ethnictitle Character (ASCII) 18 18 Yes The title of the ethnicity used by the College Board and ACT.
