Among the statutory responsibilities of the California Postsecondary Education Commission is the review of proposals for new campuses and off-campus centers of the State’s public higher education institutions. The Commission has periodically reviewed and revised its guidelines for reviewing these proposals in order to streamline and clarify the review and approval process. The Commission adopted these new guidelines at its April 8, 2002, meeting.
