This Commission report examines the proposal by the Los Rios Community College District to establish an off-campus educational center in Elk Grove. The proposal was granted "conditional approval" by the California Community College Board of Governors; due to the proposal's "conditional approval" status, the Commission abstains from a vote for approval of the center until the Board of Governors offers the district its full approval for the new center.
