November 1972View Full PublicationWith this report, the Select Committee completes an intensive review and assessment of the twelve-year history of California's Master Plan for Higher Education. In 1960 the State of California established a "Master Plan for the development, expansion and integration of the facilities, curriculum and standards of higher education, in junior colleges, State colleges, the University of California, and other institutions of higher education of the State, to meet the needs of the State during the next ten years and thereafter."
