College Choices for Local High Schools in Legislative Districts

The College Choices data sheets provide information on the top college choices for Assembly and Senate districts and the 15 largest high schools in each district. The displays show the percentage of graduating seniors entering the California Community Colleges, California State University and University of California in Fall 2006. For each high school, the number of graduating students entering each segment is displayed, as well as the college campuses with the largest number of students entering. Next to the percentage for each segment, a triangle indicates a change in the average for the three previous years, either "10-20%" or "20% or more". A pie chart displays the ethnic composition of each high school's graduating senior population. A circle flag indicates high schools located in low-income areas.
